Cynthia Gleason (President of MortgageWorkshop – MLO #31350)
Cynthia works with clients from all walks of life and takes particular pride in helping first-time home buyers. Passionate about educating, Cynthia ensures every client has the knowledge to make the best decision. As a graduate of Bentley College, Cynthia majored in economics and finance completing her degree at the top of her class.

Bryan DaSilva (Residential Lending Specialist – MLO #1903453)
Graduate of Framingham State University, Bryan joined the MortgageWorkshop team in 2019. Super-attentive to his clients and all details of the loan process, if you are looking for someone to help you through the mortgage jungle, Bryan is the right choice! Bryan is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Kim Blaney (Loan Processing Manager)
Kim joined the MortgageWorkshop team in 2016. She has a myriad of experience working for both brokers and lenders. At MortgageWorkshop, you’ll find Kim here early in the morning, keeping loans on track and tending to the many details that go into a successful real estate transaction. She enjoys helping customers and seeing them achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Chris Slocum (Technology Manager)
Chris has been with the MortgageWorkshop team since the start. He has been a consistent and valuable contributor, helping with everything from Loan Processing to troubleshooting computers, training users on software, and keeping us up to date with the latest in technology and cyber-security protocols.
